  Over the top wait times. The most absolutely rudest people you will ever meet in your life. so be prepared to be told nothing as the office is not managed well and like Who's line is it anyways? the numbers are mostly for show because why not!

  HORRIBLE service. Not helpful at all!!! The people are very rude. They do not inform you of deadlines or cut off times for their services until it's too late, and after you've waited for over an hour. They lie about the computer system being down so they have an excuse to not help you. The wait times are ridiculously long not because of the workload but because instead of actually working and helping people, they gossip and waste time. On top of everything else, they are very mean and their customer service is disgraceful. They told a father who explained how he needed an ID to cash his check and feed his kids, that he was lying about his situation. They laughed about it in his face and kicked him out of the office. This is the rudest and the most unprofessional DMV that I have ever experienced. Just don't go there. Save your money and don't waste your time. If I could give less than a star I would.
